Considering that one of the major activities of Pishgaman Energy Pazh Company is in the field of manufacturing refinery equipment, gas pressure reducing and boosting stations,
Therefore, Pepco products were created in the company with the aim of producing new products and optimizing current products (continuous improvement) through related processes, which are introduced under the types of Pepco products.
LAUNCHERS & RECEIVERS
PEPCO dry gas filters are designed to handle a variety of solid and semisolid particle removal applications. Standard design includes Quick Opening Closure and z-bar 4 point element supports. Dry gas filters add the flexibility of using depth fiberglass, depth polyester surface, and rolled fiberglass filter elements to yield optimum economics and maximum performance under almost any service condition. Design is available in all major codes and certifications. Sizes range from 6″ through 120″ diameter in vertical and horizontal configurations.

INDIRECT-FORCED-DRAUGHT-WATER-BATH-HEATER
A process bath heater is a simple and safe systems for indirectly heating various process mediums. A bath solution is heated by a firetube style burner submerged at the bottom of the heater vessel. The bath solution then heats a submerged process coil, in which the flowing process medium is heated.

LAMB AIR MOVER
The Lamb Air-Mover ventilator works as a portable blower or exhaust unit. the device eliminates dangerous concentrations of gases, dusts, smoke or toxic vapors from confined areas, or cool atmosphere in hot operations.
LEVEL CONTROLLER
The PEPCO Level Controller is designed for use in liquid level control applications. It provides a snap (on/off) pneumatic output and operates in a direct mode. The LC-2 level controller is equipped with a displacer for horizontal installation. Instrument gas inlet, and pilot outlet are 1/4″ NPT.

When regulating of pressure events the gas temperature will cool approximately 7º F per 100 psig drop in pressure (or 1º F per 15 psig drop in pressure). So we must prepare, adequate heating facilities to prevent regulator freezing. It means that we must use a heat exchanger device are named Water Bath Heater.
SAFETY SHUT OFF VALVE (S.S.O.V)
A safety shut-off valve is used in industries such as those that handle industrial gases. The role of this safety valve is to detect if there is trouble in the system, causing the opening of an electrical circuit. When the failure in the system has been corrected, the circuit is closed and the valve is opened through the action of a lever.
MICROFLOW-METERING PUMP
Via the remote inputs the M AH pumps can be integrated into main control circuits or proportionally coupled to remote command signals. The stroke length adjustment can be utilized as additional ratio setter.

STONE TRAP
The STONE TRAP is a T-shaped tube located between the production elbow or the bent end pipe, fuel valve and operating valve.

CONTROL VALVE 119
The CONTROL VALVE 119 Series fuel gas valve is used for on-off or throttling control of noncorrosive or mildly corrosive liquids and gases. It is designed to meet low-pressure liquid and gas application requirements in many varied industries If the control valve requires maintenance, the trim can be exposed by removing two bolts and lifting the actuator assembly off the valve body without disassembling the actuator. The entire procedure can be performed with an adjustable wrench.

SAFETY RELIEF VALVE(S.R.V)
A Safety Relief Valve is a safety device designed to protect a pressurized vessel or system during an overpressure event. An overpressure event refers to any condition which would cause pressure in a vessel or system to increase beyond the specified design pressure or maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP).

QUICK OPENING CLOSURE BAYONET TYPE
The Bayonet Closure in general, it is intended for larger vessel sizes and higher pressure applications. It is robust and can be manufactured in a range of materials from carbon steel to stainless steel and even duplex to suit any pipe or pressure vessel material.
BY-PASS ODORIZER
The By-Pass odorization of a gas flow (Evaporation Absorption) involve establishing a small side flow of gas, saturating the small stream with odorant vapor and returning it to the main stream.
PIG SIGNALER
The flange pig signaler is the necessary equipment in the pipeline pass-through pipe cleaning process. It is fixedly installed above the pipeline to determine whether the pig has passed the test point. It can provide information to the operator through secondary sources such as light, point, sound or special clock to guide the switching process.
REGULATOR SAFETY SHUT OFF VALVE(SLAM)
The PEPCO gas pressure regulator type 12P will keep constant a controlled quantity, i.e. the outlet pressure, by actuating a control element.

GAS PRESSRE REGULATOR
GAS PRESSRE REGULATOR Type: Fisher Series 67 , are typically used to provide constantly controlled reduced pressures to pneumatic and electro pneumatic controllers and other instruments. These self-operated regulators are suitable for most air or gas applications and may even be used for liquid service where material compatibility exists.
MULTI CYCLONE GAS SCRUBBER
The Multi-cyclone Gas Scrubber is a high-capacity separator designed for removing liquids and/or solids from gas flows with a minimum pressure drop.centrifugal force to separate solids and liquid droplets from the gas phase based on density difference. Very high G forces are achieved which allows for efficient removal of small droplet sizes. The main advantage of cyclonic mist extractors is that they provide good removal efficiency at very high gas capacity. This generally allows for the smallest possible vessel diameter for a given gas flow. Cyclonic mist extractors are often used in low liquid load gas scrubbing applications, and for high pressure gas-liquid separation.These devices are proprietary and cannot be readily sized without detailed knowledge of the characteristics of the specific internals. A typical centrifugal separator is shown in above picture.
